Experience gained from my current position:

Redesigning the plans to meet client satisfaction, provide several alternatives/solutions.
Checking all the design plans that were received and make sure they are synonymous.
Convert design plans into shop drawings for the next phase which is construction.
ISO, redesigning several documents and organizational procedures in the firm, creating and editing forms, following up with superiors and colleagues, creating a portfolio for the firm, designing a business card and website. Mostly Graphic Design work.
Create presentations for clients.
Manage the work flow of the engineering department and create a daily work schedule to analyze the amount of work that is done when cross referenced with the time spent doing it. To allow better time management/ efficiency.
Go through a list of different suppliers for specific elements such as doors, windows, tiles etc.. to choose the best suitable material and price (value engineering)
